1. How can I make a booking?

We offer the information needed to make a booking on Hotel-Hoteles.com. Our website has been designed to be versatile, quick and easy to use to save time in your searches and bookings.

The steps to follow are:

  • Step 1:

To select the island, destination or to write directly the name of the hotel.

  • Step 2:

To introduce the dates, number of people and click “SEARCH”

  • Step 3:

To obtain all the available results according to the written criterion. On the left of the screen you have a very important tool: FITTING SEARCH, where you can leak the results in TYPES OF MEALS- TYPES OF ROOMS- CATEGORIES- DETAILS/SERVICES AND PRICES. In each card of the hotel you have the information and pictures of the establishment, as well as maps with its situation.

Once you have selected the establishment wished, you will obtain all the information of your booking (tax included), prepay and amount to pay in the arrival at the hotel, as well as a breakdown of the final amount. Then, you need to fill in the form and select the option that best fits you: PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD OR BANK TRANSFER.

 

3. Can I make a booking with Hotel-Hoteles.com without registering at the website?

Yes. You do not need to register to make a booking.

 

4. Why do I have to specify the age of the children?

The Policy of discounts for children varies depending on each hotel. For that reason, when searching for hotels they ask the amount of children and their ages. All the discounts are applied to the final price.

 

5. When booking with Hotel-Hoteles.com, do I receive a reservation confirmation for the hotel?

Yes, via e-mail. It must be printed and shown when arriving at the hotel. It does not have to be in colour, in black and white would be enough.

 

6. What would it happen if I lose my confirmation number and/or the reference of the booking?

You should call our Customer Support. We will ask your name and date of arrival to find your booking.

 

7. Should I do not receive the confirmation e-mail or lose my confirmation number, how can I print another copy?

Maybe your e-mail was typed wrongly. On the other hand, if we are talking about the loss of the confirmation number, contact: online@hotel-hoteles.com

8. How can I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once you have finished your booking, you will receive via e-mail the confirmation with your personal data, the Hotel Establishment details and your reference number.

 

9. Do I need to confirm the booking directly with the hotel?

No, you do not. The reservation confirmation that you will print would be enough.

 

10. Should I need help, who do I need to talk with?

Should you have any doubts, you can call the Customer Support. The telephone numbers will appear specified on the website as well as the reservation confirmation. You can also fill in the form to contact us that you can find on the web. Calls from outside Spain will be subjected to international charging.

 

11. What kind of credit card is accepted?

Hotel-Hoteles.com works with the bank SA NOSTRA-CAIXA DE BALEARES, which accepts:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Red Euro 6000

12. Are the personal data of my credit card protected?

You prepay your booking directly with the bank entity SA NOSTRA- CAIXA DE BALEARS, who guarantees the complete confidentiality of the transaction. Hotel-Hoteles does not have any access to the data of your credit card.

 

13. When is the money going to be charged to my credit card?

Once you have reviewed and confirmed the booking, the money will be charged automatically to your account.

 

14. Why do I have to prepay in advance?

According to our special agreement with the hotels, we need to receive a prepayment in the moment of the booking to guarantee the reservation

 

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF MY BOOKING

 

15. How can I modify or cancel my booking?

You can call our Customer Support and we will facilitate your reservation number, also with your number and date of arrival we will also help you if you wish to introduce a modification or make a cancellation.

 

16. What would it happen with my booking if my flight or ship is delayed?

Every single room of the hotel is secured until 10pm of the day of arrival. If you know that your flight or ship is running late, we would appreciate if you could write it on the section “special request” while you make your booking to let us know. If you wish, you could also call to the Customer Support. The transfers to/from the hotel are not included, it will be the passengers’ responsibility.

 

17. Are the transfers included?

The transfers are not included. It will be your own responsibility to arrange your arrival and departure.

20. Why do the prices have varied since my last checking?

Normally the changes made on the prices reflect the conditions in the market and the fluctuation of the currency. Moreover, we are always renegotiating them with the hotels to make you the best offers. Once the booking is made the price does not change.

18. I have just called the hotel and they do not know anything about my booking, why?

 

The hotels we work with give us a guaranteed assignation of rooms during the whole year. However, if you contact the hotel directly in advance, your data might not have been transferred from our servers yet. You do not need to worry because when we confirm your booking
